Last updated: May 21, 2026. ai2workout is operated by Cloudustry and is currently in private beta.
What ai2workout does
ai2workout is a thin bridge between your Intervals.icu account and MCP-compatible AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT. The service lets your AI client request training context and, when you ask it to, create planned workouts or calendar events in Intervals.icu.
Information we collect
- Authentication data from Supabase Auth: your email, encrypted password hash, and session tokens.
- OAuth connection data from Intervals.icu: athlete identifier, granted scopes, access tokens and (when provided) refresh tokens, encrypted before storage.
- OAuth client/session data required to connect your MCP client to ai2workout.
- Operational logs and audit events used for security, debugging, and abuse prevention.
- Training data returned by Intervals.icu only when needed to respond to MCP tool calls you initiate.
How we use information
We use your data to provide the MCP bridge, authenticate requests, call Intervals.icu on your behalf, return tool results to your AI client, create workouts or events when explicitly requested, secure the service, and troubleshoot reliability issues. We never train AI models on your data.
Storage and security
Account credentials are managed by Supabase Auth (PostgreSQL + bcrypt). Intervals.icu access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before being persisted. Access is limited to the service components required to operate ai2workout. No system is perfectly secure, but we design the service to minimize stored training data and prefer fetching from Intervals.icu on demand.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal or training data. Data is shared with: your connected AI client (as MCP tool responses), Intervals.icu (as API requests on your behalf), and the infrastructure providers that host the service (Vercel, Supabase). All third parties are bound by their own terms.
Retention and deletion
We retain connection and audit data while your connection is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security and debugging. You can revoke Intervals.icu access from the Intervals.icu settings page at any time. Full account deletion is available on request at contact@cloudustry.eu — a self-serve flow is planned before public launch.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are an EU resident, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, and you can object to processing. Contact contact@cloudustry.eu.
