Terms of Service
Last updated: May 21, 2026. These terms cover the private beta of ai2workout.
Use of the service
ai2workout is a remote MCP bridge between MCP-compatible AI clients and Intervals.icu. You are responsible for the prompts you send, the AI client you connect, and the workout or calendar actions you approve or request.
Eligibility & account
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for the activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, or threaten the safety of the platform or third-party services.
Fitness and health disclaimer
ai2workout does not provide medical advice. AI-generated workouts may be wrong, unsafe, too hard, or inappropriate for your condition. Review every workout before following it and consult a qualified professional whenever needed. You assume all risk for performing any session created or modified through the service.
Account authorization
You must only connect Intervals.icu accounts that you own or are authorized to use. You can revoke access from Intervals.icu settings at any time.
Beta availability
The service is provided as a private beta and may change, break, or be discontinued without notice. We may limit or suspend access to protect users, infrastructure, or third-party services.
Pricing & billing
During the beta the service is free of charge. Paid plans (Pro, 10€/month or 100€/year) will be announced before public launch. By subscribing you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and no refund is issued for partial months.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, overload Intervals.icu or any AI provider, scrape data you don’t own, reverse engineer private systems, or use ai2workout for unlawful purposes.
Third-party services
ai2workout depends on Intervals.icu, your AI client (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.), Supabase, Vercel, Stripe (when activated) and other providers. We are not responsible for third-party behavior, terms, pricing or outages.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ai2workout is provided “as is” without warranties. Cloudustry is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, fitness, health, training, race, or performance-related damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
